Be yourself. Don't let yourself fall into any cliches, its just no good. That is the best advice I can give.Moving to a new state, going to be a sophomore in highschool, any advice?
When you get there look for people with the same interests (of course), if you see people from school outside at a hangout or just around don't be afraid to speak up and try and get to know them. Be observant of everyone's behavior though, some might seem kind at first but be totally different when around others. O and YES! join a band, do what you like to do! and do as much of it as you possibly can!
Keep to yourself at first. If you're overly outgoing and friendly, many people think that's strange and feel you may be coming on a little strong. I've had this problem all my life.

Now i stay quiet, to myself, and let things take its course. If somebody seems friendly to me, i return the favor and we become friends. Otherwise, you tend to become the guy in the group that everybody is friends with just so they can make fun of you. That's not friendship.
no way dude. i live in washington. which high school u going to? im gona be a sophomore next year. it would be cool if we met. some advice is to just be urself. u can join a marching band if u want.
