Please advice & cooperate me because I am at to 'be or not to be'?

I presently stay in NY having green card. My birth place is Bangladesh. I am a graduate but I feel my education is not up to the mark for getting a good job in USA. Yesterday I faced an interview at Barolo Restaurent %26amp; get a job. The will offer me $3/ hour %26amp; have to work at lest 8 hours a day. My asking is that if I work there as a server, will I get trips/gift from the customers. If get, how much I will get including my 8 hours works. Please advice.Please advice %26amp; cooperate me because I am at to 'be or not to be'?
You will make $120.00 a week less taxes for a 5 day work week , 8 hours per day. Your tips will range from 10%-30% of the total bill before taxes (usually 20%). You'll get tips. How much will depend on how satisfy your customers are with your services.
I guess you will get tips. However, that'll depend a lot on how much you satisfy the customers.
