Found a dry mouth cure, but it hurts ! Advice would be great?

I have dry mouth. I often go to sleep, sleep with my mouth open and my teeth look all dry and horrible when I wake up. I always found gum and hot drinks helped and by the end of the day, my teeth looked great again. I found my stickytaping my mouth, stopped my mouth opening when sleeping and stopped the problem. You can see your dentist or hygienist and ask for a natural mouth lubricant. Having a dry mouth will also cause many fillings, so it's best to get it sorted soon.
Make sure that you are drinking enough water daily. You may also consider using dry mouth products like Salese, which are specially formulated for dry mouth sufferers.
